Rosmarino is one of our newest apartments. Suitable for 4 persons. Located in the former barn, here the olives, corn and grapes were collected and stored according to the season. The apartment has a spacious living room with open kitchen. The Tuscan kitchen is equipped with a 5 burner stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle and coffee maker. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people and two lovely chairs for relaxing. The bathroom is beautiful and equipped with a shower stall, sink and toilet. A hair dryer is available. For the colder months you can heat the apartment with a cozy wood stove. In spring and summer you can dream away on your own terrace overlooking the rolling hills full of olive trees. Furthermore, the apartment has an attractive spacious bedroom with patio doors to the terrace. Both the bedroom and the living room / kitchen have air conditioning. (The consumption costs of the air conditioning are charged separately).
